ABOUT CNRY

Technical experience. Commercial focus.

CNRY Group helps specialist equipment manufacturers build stronger markets across the UK, Europe and North America.

Our work sits between the manufacturer and the market. We help understand the application, develop customers, shape the route to market and build the commercial structure around specialist equipment.

THE APPROACH

Start with the application.

CNRY is built around a simple principle: specialist equipment should be matched to a real operating need.

That means understanding the customer, the process, the site and the commercial case before deciding how a product should be positioned or sold.

Sometimes the strongest route is direct sales. Sometimes it is distribution, specialist partners or a combination of channels.

The model should fit the market.

CURRENT FOCUS

Focused today. Open to the right opportunities.

CNRY currently concentrates on two areas:

Water & Infrastructure
Specialist technologies for cleaning, maintenance, inspection and difficult-access assets.

Process & Air
Production, process, air and emissions-related technologies for industrial environments.

These are our current areas of activity, not permanent boundaries. We are interested in adjacent specialist equipment where the product solves a clear problem and CNRY can add meaningful commercial value.

FOUNDER

Led by Ryan Karatimus.

Ryan's background combines specialist equipment sales, technical service, commissioning, installation, application support and market development.

Before CNRY, his work included industrial equipment sales and service, production environments, exhaust and ventilation systems, technical project delivery and long-cycle capital equipment sales.

That mix of commercial and hands-on experience shapes how CNRY works today.

HOW WE WORK

Small enough to stay close to the market.

CNRY is deliberately selective about the manufacturers and technologies we take on.

That allows us to spend time understanding the product, the application and the people who need to buy it, rather than building a large catalogue of loosely supported brands.

As markets develop, CNRY can work through direct sales, distributors, representatives, contractors and other partners where they improve coverage.
