We build markets for specialist equipment.
CNRY Group helps specialist equipment manufacturers build and grow markets through technical sales, channel development and practical commercial support.
We help develop the route to market that best fits the product, customer and territory.
TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING
MARKET DEVELOPMENT
ROUTE TO MARKET
Direct sales, distribution, channel partners and territory development.
CURRENT FOCUS
Specialist markets where technical understanding matters.
CNRY is currently focused on Water & Infrastructure and Process & Air. We also consider adjacent specialist equipment where our experience and market development approach are a good fit.
Water & Infrastructure
Equipment and technologies for cleaning, maintenance, inspection and operational work across water and infrastructure assets.
Process & Air
Production, process and emissions equipment for specialist industrial and manufacturing environments.
HOW CNRY WORKS
The right sales model depends on the market.
Some products are best sold directly. Others need distributors, specialist partners or a mix of approaches. We work out what makes sense, then build around it.
01 Understand
The product, application, customer, competition and commercial opportunity.
02 Position
Build a clear case for where the product fits, who should buy it and why they should care.
03 Build
Develop direct opportunities, distribution, specialist partners or a combination of channels.
04 Grow
Build coverage, develop opportunities and improve the commercial model as the market matures.
FOR SPECIALIST MANUFACTUERS
More than passive representation.
Good equipment does not build a market by itself.
CNRY works with specialist manufacturers that need someone on the ground developing customers, finding opportunities and working out how the territory should be covered.
That may mean direct sales. It may mean finding and developing distributors, representatives, contractors or other partners. In some markets, the strongest model will use several of them.
Our job is to help build the commercial structure around the product.
MARKET REACH
UK. Europe. North America.
CNRY supports specialist OEMs across markets in both directions, including European manufacturers developing North American opportunities and manufactures seeking stronger UK and European market presence.
Our role is shaped around the commercial opportunity rather than a fixed geographic sales model.
Have a specialist product that deserves a stronger market?
We are interested in equipment that solves a real problem and benefits from technical understanding, customer education and active market development.
Water & Infrastructure and Process & Air are our current focus areas, but they are not our only possible ones.
